Usage & privacy

What can Praktikanten access?

  • Google sign-in shares your account identity and email, not your Drive or mailbox.
  • Praktikanten uses the company services connected to it. Those accounts can have different permissions from your own.
  • Signing in or linking Slack doesn't give you new rights or access to every company resource.

What does it remember?

  • Your account identity, work email, verified Slack link and which notice version you acknowledged, and when.
  • Your sign-in IP address and linking attempts, only for a short time.
  • Conversation history, working notes, attachments and deliberate memory, each with its own retention rules.

Who can see my work?

  • Relevant history, workspace context, memory and tool results can accompany your messages to the model provider identified in the notice below.
  • Shared work can be visible to its authorised participants and company operators. Praktikanten is a company work environment, not private storage.
  • Vikarien is separate and doesn't share your Praktikanten conversations.

How can I manage or remove it?

  • Sign out of this browser at any time from Account.
  • For questions, access, correction or disclosure concerns, use the guide pinned in #fikarummet or the company's existing process.
  • Cleaning up working data doesn't erase every source record, active workflow or recovery copy at the same time.

Praktikanten: access and use

Shebang AB uses Praktikanten for authorised company work, including everyday internal assistance and approved professional-CV editing.

Your account and access

Google sign-in identifies your work account. This sign-in requests your account identity and email, not access to your Google Drive or mailbox. The access service records your account identity, work email, the notice version you acknowledge and its time, and any verified Slack account link.

For sign-in security, the service temporarily records your sign-in IP address and short-lived login and linking attempts. These expire separately from the account and acknowledgement record.

Signing in or linking Slack does not give you new administrative rights or permission to use every connected company resource. Management-only access requires a verified identity, current membership and separate authorisation for the resource and intended audience.

Praktikanten and Vikarien have separate runtimes and access. This acknowledgement is for Praktikanten; it does not share their conversations or grant access to Vikarien.

What happens to your requests

Praktikanten runs on the shared company Mac. It is a company work environment, not private personal storage. Connected service accounts can have different permissions from your own.

Relevant conversation history, workspace context, memory and tool results can accompany your latest message in a request to Praktikanten's GLM 5.3 Flash model through Fireworks AI. This route is not restricted to EU regions. Shared work can be visible to its authorised participants and company operators. Do not treat a private message as permission to access or disclose someone else's information.

Local history, working notes, attachment caches, deliberate memory, encrypted recovery copies and original records in Slack or other company services have separate retention rules. Working data cleanup does not mean that every source record, active workflow or recovery copy is erased at the same time. Fireworks AI's inference-content handling is separate from these local records.

How to use Praktikanten

  • Request only work and information you are authorised to handle. Share only what the task needs.
  • Do not paste passwords, API keys or unrelated personal details. Use approved credential-sharing methods instead.
  • Use sensitive personal or client-confidential material only when authorised for that use.
  • Do not copy private conversations into shared work without the appropriate permission.
  • Check important generated facts and the intended audience before relying on or sharing output.
  • Follow existing approvals for external actions and destructive changes.

The company access-and-usage guide is pinned in #fikarummet. Use that guide's thread for questions, or the company's existing authorised process for access, correction or disclosure concerns.

By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read this notice and agree to follow these usage rules. This acknowledgement does not grant additional access or replace permission for a particular task.
